Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at mermaids.tea@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please do not return any product unless we provide instructions first.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
